KGC’s management team consists of US and Afghan construction professionals with the ability to speak many regional languages and a strong understanding of the culture. The management team understands the rigors of working in challenging environments that require the integration of security and logistical delivery protection. KGC is an internationally focused multi-functional and multi-faceted group of companies and has an extensive experience in high-risk conflict-ridden environments delivering construction management and the corresponding construction project activities. KCG performs logistical support contracts, building maintenance contracts, and structure cleaning contracts. KGC also performs specialty complex contracts such as IT security projects, commercial HVAC systems installations, and elevator installation and maintenance projects. KCG is the exclusive distributor for KONE elevators since 2015 in Afghanistan and partners with other company distributors in other countries as well.
